About Graphic Designers:
We are seeking a driven and charismatic professional to take charge of all design-related activities.
- Permanent work-from-home option available
- Flexible schedule with shift: 7:30 PM- 3:30 AM (IST)
A key responsibility will be creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate messages, enhance brand identities, and capture the attention of the target audience. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the latest design software, be a team player, and an excellent communicator who can take directions from written or spoken ideas and translate them into captivating designs.
The role requires collaboration with stakeholders and other members of the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics across various mediums.
To be successful in this role, you will need a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques. You should also have creative thinking and the ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects.
- Utilize industry-standard graphic design software to create and edit designs.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends and industry best practices.
- Establish creative direction for the company within brand guidelines.
- Creation of video concepts such as promotional videos, short videos for brand awareness, ongoing promotions, etc.
- Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos.
- Edit and mix audio elements to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.
- Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.
- Handle camera on some occasions and capture footage as and when required for the video content.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.
