We are seeking a highly skilled Container Security Strategist to bolster our cybersecurity team at USET Consulting Private Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive container security strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. They must possess a deep understanding of container technology, cybersecurity principles, and practices.

This role requires proficiency in container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms. The ideal candidate should also have a strong background in cybersecurity principles, practices, and methodologies, including knowledge of common security threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a robust container security strategy that aligns with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Design secure container architectures, including container orchestration platforms, networking configurations, and access controls.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and scans of container images and runtime environments. Identify, prioritize, and remediate security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
  • Define and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures for containerized environments. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and security frameworks.
  • Lead incident response efforts for container security incidents. Investigate security breaches, contain the impact, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Perform security testing and assessment of containerized applications and infrastructure, including security code reviews.

The successful candidate will possess relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS), Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH). Strong communication skills are essential to convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity principles, practices, and methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CKS, CKA, CISSP, or CEH.
  • Excellent communication skills.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,200,000 based on experience.
