Financial Management Position

The successful candidate will oversee the consolidation of financial data from multiple business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage month-end and year-end general ledger closing activities.
  2. Consolidate financial data from multiple business units in compliance with accounting standards.
  3. Perform inter company reconciliations and eliminate intercompany transactions.
  4. Ensure chart of accounts consistency across entities.
  5. Support statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance processes with relevant GL data.
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management information system reports including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  7. Analyze variances between budgeted and actual financial results and provide commentary.
  8. Provide financial insights and dashboards for business reviews and management decision-making.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align MIS with forecasting and budgeting cycles.
  10. Identify process gaps and implement improvements in reporting and consolidation practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting /Finance (CA) with minimum 4-5 years' experience in accounts & finance.
  • Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards such as IFRS, or US GAAP.
  • Experience with intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
