About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team, delivering tailored solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

  • Analyze client spend data, creating comprehensive project deliverables and conducting in-depth market research.
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend strategic improvement opportunities.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, managing operational issues and developing current state assessments.
  • Evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals, identifying cost reduction levers and drafting negotiation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement within a consulting firm or industry. They will be excited about working in a dynamic start-up atmosphere, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess an ownership-driven mindset.

The successful candidate will bring proven problem-solving and time management abilities, excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills. They will also be a highly motivated team player with advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
