Job Description:

As a Procurement professional, you will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with internal stakeholders, validating purchase requisitions, handling escalated supplier issues, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication and Coordination: You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely solutions.
  • Purchase Requisitions: You will validate purchase requisitions and route them to the right buying channel, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Supplier Issues: You will handle escalated supplier issues and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: You will identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance the procurement process.
  • Reporting: You will maintain accurate records of supplier non-compliance and escalate any issues to the Team Leader.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in procurement, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. Additionally, you should have knowledge of standard IT applications and SAP environment.
