Radio Access Network Engineer Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Radio Access Network (RAN) Engineer to join our team in delivering cutting-edge wireless solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough tests and validations of 5G RAN functionalities to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Determine wireless coverage needs and select suitable radio solutions based on project objectives.
  • Provide expert support for RAN network interference analysis and mitigation, including dimensioning, link budget planning, coverage optimization, and report preparation.
  • Understand spectrum requirements and assist customers in acquiring Private 5G spectrum.
  • Prepare comprehensive bills of materials (BoM) and bills of quantities (BoQ) according to project specifications and help customers place purchase orders.
  • Stay up-to-date on various OEM solutions and showcase product offerings based on customer business challenges and needs.
  • Develop technical proposal responses for tenders and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) involving Private Mobile Networks.
