Expert Imaging Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Expert Imaging Solutions Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess 10-14 years of experience in developing and managing imaging solutions for end-user computing devices, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining advanced imaging solutions for end-user computing devices.
  • Creating and managing deployment packages for software applications.
  • Ensuring compliance with security standards in imaging processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving imaging-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Optimizing imaging processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 10-14 years of experience in end-user computing (EUC) imaging.
  • Proficient in imaging tools such as SCCM, MDT, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and configurations.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of security protocols and data protection practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
