Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to handle daily accounting tasks, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support management with accurate financial reporting.

You will be responsible for managing cash flows, preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports. Additionally, you will perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations, ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements, and manage inventory accounting and cost analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting tasks like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ledger entries
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, ITR, and other statutory requirements
  • Manage inventory accounting and cost analysis
  • Support audits with proper documentation
  • Generate reports as needed by management
  • Process entries like contra, journal, receipt, and payment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2–3 years of accounting experience, must have worked under a CA or in a CA firm
  • Proficient in Tally (knowledge of Zoho or other ERP tools is a plus)
  • Good understanding of AP/AR, GST, MIS reporting, and compliances
  • Experience with inventory accounting is preferred (F&V domain is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools
