**Job Title:** Senior Manager- Accounts

About the Role:

This is a highly demanding and challenging role where you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations. The key areas of focus include accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.

  • We require strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide our accounting team to achieve their goals.

  • You must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate financial statements in compliance with IND AS standards.

  • A high degree of organizational and time management skills is necessary to manage month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.

  • You must have expertise in implementing internal controls and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.

  • Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances is essential for this role.

  • Budgeting, MIS reporting, and cost reduction initiatives are also key aspects of this position.

  • You will be required to monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial resources effectively.

  • Critical thinking and strategic planning skills are necessary to coordinate internal and statutory audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential to facilitate inter-department communication and assist operational teams/management in decision-making by providing data and compliance inputs.
