Brand Storyteller and Campaign Manager

We are seeking a skilled Brand Storyteller and Campaign Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our brand’s unique voice and visual identity.

The ideal candidate will have experience in creating impactful content, managing social media presence, and executing multi-channel campaigns. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Narrative:
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels.
    • Translate complex product and customer success stories into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Marketing Collateral:
    • Design and manage marketing materials such as decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to create and amplify success stories through various marketing channels.
  • Social Media and Digital Presence:
    • Manage and grow our social media presence across organic and paid channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting enterprise accounts to drive lead generation and conversion.
    • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms to establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry.
  • Events and Showcases:
    • Drive brand presence at Salesforce events, SaaS conferences, and partner showcases to connect with customers and prospects.
    • Own pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns to ensure seamless execution and maximize ROI.
  • Measurement and Insights:
    • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives using data-driven metrics to inform future campaign strategies.
    • Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning through data analysis and market research.
    Requirements:
    • 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Tech marketing with a focus on branding, communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
    • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation skills with the ability to adapt to different tone and style guidelines.
    • Hands-on experience with Ads, HubSpot, cold email campaigns, and ABM strategies to drive lead generation and conversion.
    • Experience creating impactful collateral and managing brand presence at events to establish our brand as a thought leader.
    • A data-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting campaign impact to inform future strategies.
    • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design to deliver high-quality marketing materials.
