Job Title: Video Content Evaluator

Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced video content evaluator to join our team. This role involves reviewing and approving videos for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with quality benchmarks before they are published on digital platforms.

  • Ensure all content aligns with editorial, technical, and creative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Review & Approval
    • Verify alignment with template, style, background music, and voiceovers.
    • Cross-check scripts and grammar for regional alignment and overall quality.
  • Technical Quality Assessment
    • Inspect videos for resolution, color grading, transitions, audio levels, and synchronization.
    • Flag and guide corrections for poor framing, sound inconsistencies, or graphical errors.
  • Compliance & Ethical Standards
    • Ensure videos meet legal, ethical, and regulatory guidelines, including copyright laws.
    • Verify sensitive topics are handled with appropriate editorial care.

Requirements:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Preferably a degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Production, or a related field.
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in video production or quality assurance within a media organization.
  • Skills:
    • In-depth understanding of journalistic principles and editorial integrity.
    • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) and quality assurance tools.
