Job Title: Sustainability Expert

About the Role:

As a Sustainability Expert, you will be responsible for conducting audits to assess compliance with ISO 17021 requirements. You will maintain excellent customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits to ensure sustainability practices are implemented across the organization.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in sustainability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable products and services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members on sustainability-related topics.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary education and at least two years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent English language skills in writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make prompt decisions.
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving sustainability goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ISO management standard Lead auditor course or an ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Standards course.
  • Successful completion of a recognized FSC COC training course for being registered as an FSC COC auditor.
