The Role:

Financial Specialist/Associate Consultant

Job Summary:

As a passionate and experienced professional in the finance domain, you'll be eager to explore and learn new things based on the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing recommendations, influencing stakeholders, and delivering results
  • Adapting your communication style to meet the needs of diverse clients
  • Obtaining product certification to guide client financial teams
  • Using product knowledge to develop solution designs that help customers achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with teams from different geographies and being open to asking for help and supporting when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree in related areas is an advantage
  • Certified in Workday platform is preferred
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required
  • Be adaptable and flexible, willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines
  • Have learning agility to pick up and work on new domains as required by the business
