We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Specialist to develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital from Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, family offices, investment banks, IPCs, and institutional investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for real estate projects.
- Leverage an extensive network of UHNI and institutional investors to drive capital inflow.
- Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including deal structuring, investor negotiations, and closing transactions.
- Identify and cultivate new investor relationships while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships.
- Drive investor engagement through compelling pitches, financial modeling, and due diligence management.
- Stay updated on real estate investment trends, capital markets, and global fundraising opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- At least 18-25 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, or capital markets, with a strong focus on real estate.
- Proven track record in raising capital from UHNI investors and institutional capital providers.
- International fundraising experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of financial structuring, investor relations, and deal execution.
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
