**Job Title:** Senior Finance Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare accurate and complete financial analysis during the monthly accounting close to ensure alignment with reporting standards.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and improve inefficient processes to enhance controls and efficiency.
  • Audit and Compliance: Review and authorize fixed asset transactions, including additions and disposals, ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in R2R – Costing, General Accounting, JE preparation, Audit, Fixed Asset Accounting, Reconciliation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data-driven decision-making techniques to drive operational and financial outcomes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, influencing senior stakeholders and leading teams with professionalism and consistency.
  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with ability to adapt to new technologies.
