Senior Architect Position

We are seeking an Architect to join our team on a full-time basis.
This role involves architectural design, municipal drawings, massing, 3D renders and project co-ordination to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with Architects/PMC, knowledge of society redevelopment, redevelopment related procedures and processes, as well as skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Project Management
- Architectural Design
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Planning & Designing: Create detailed plans and designs using AutoCAD
- Municipal Drawings: Prepare accurate municipal drawings for construction projects
- Project Reports: Collaborate with the architectural team to prepare comprehensive project reports
- Presentation: Present project plans and feasibilities to clients
- Progress Reporting: Report on project progress to stakeholders
- Property Documents: Review property documents and land records for redevelopment purposes
- Legal Documents: Understand legal documents and title documents for project execution
- Tender & BOQ: Prepare and finalize project tenders and BOQs
- Health Insurance: Offered to all employees
- Leave Encashment: Provided to eligible employees
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Total work experience: 2 years (Preferred)
- Real Estate Industry experience: 2 years (Preferred)
