Customer 360 Developer Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer 360 Developer with experience in designing, implementing and supporting Customer 360 solutions within Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). The role requires expertise in data modeling, data quality, real-time integrations, cloud application integration and secure role-based access implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and implement Customer 360 solutions within IDMC.
  • Build and customize pages, business entities, field groups, hierarchies and workflows in Customer 360.
  • Configure and execute Data Quality (DQ) rules to standardize, validate and cleanse customer data.
  • Develop and maintain Cloud Application Integration (CAI) processes to support C360 pages, workflows and integrations.
  • Configure and maintain match & merge rules for accurate customer data mastering.
  • Develop, manage and expose Open APIs for C360 services and integrations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience with Informatica tools (IDMC, PowerCenter, MDM, etc.), strong knowledge of Data Quality (DQ) rule configuration and data stewardship processes, experience with Cloud Application Integration (CAI) for orchestrating workflows, proficiency in match & merge rules configuration, survivorship and hierarchy management.
