We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-impact projects and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Job Description:
  • The successful candidate will coordinate interior design and construction works for various projects, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and resources, utilizing expertise in civil engineering, architecture, and project management.
  • The candidate will interpret shop drawings, material submittals, and specifications to guide on-site activities accurately.
  • Effective collaboration with design, production, and client teams is essential to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • The role requires preparing and reviewing project-related documents, including submittals, IRs, and business paper works.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in interior design fit-out construction works, civil, MEP projects.
  • Proven experience in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MEP experience and knowledge.
  • Expertise in structural engineering, particularly construction of warehouse, large structural metal skeleton/frame works of a building, load calculations, etc.
