  • eCommerce requirements gathering and analysis
  • Developing practical plans to achieve clarity on functional behavior and business rules
  • Working with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Presenting solution alternatives to clients that meet their business requirements
  • Decomposing high-level business and user requirements into functional requirements or user stories
  • Representing requirements using alternative views such as visual analysis models or UML diagrams

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in IT or eBusiness, including experience with e-commerce, web application development, or other eBusiness solutions
  • Familiarity with internet technologies and trends
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills across business and technical audiences
