Job Title: Infotainment Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled manual tester to fill the role of Infotainment Test Engineer. This position plays a vital part in our engineering team, responsible for ensuring high-quality and reliability of infotainment systems in automotive environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough manual testing of infotainment systems, validating features such as Bluetooth, Navigation, Media, Connectivity, Voice Recognition, and HMI interactions.
  • Execute test cases, log defects, and collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Perform system-level, integration, and regression testing to ensure stability and performance of infotainment systems.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and validation teams, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in manual testing of embedded systems or infotainment platforms, preferably with knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, MOST).
  • Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or similar is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ECE, EEE, CSE, or related) from a recognized institution.
  • ISTQB certification is highly valued, but not mandatory.
  • Prior experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive suppliers is a significant advantage.
