Job Title: Service Delivery and Reliability Expert

The role requires a professional with extensive experience in IT service delivery and reliability engineering. The individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of our systems, implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field is highly preferred.
  • Technical expertise in SRE areas, including capacity management, monitoring tools, and incident response.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and influencing key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in managing critical incidents, recovery situations, and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Extensive experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog and ITRS.
