Creative Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign.
Additional proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is considered an added advantage.
Experience in the jewelry or fashion industry will be given preference.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics for various digital and print mediums.
We are looking for a multifaceted Graphic Designer — someone who can take charge of all design requirements across digital, branding, and campaigns.
This is a one-man design powerhouse role, perfect for someone who enjoys both creative freedom and responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:- Branding & Identity: Logo design, brand guidelines, stationery, packaging, pitch decks
- Social Media & Digital: Creatives for Instagram, Facebook, , YouTube (posts, carousels, reels covers, banners, story templates)
- Marketing Collaterals: Brochures, catalogues, event creatives, presentations, advertisements
- Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Basic animation, reels, GIFs, explainer videos, transitions
- Web & UI/UX Support: Website banners, layouts, landing pages, emailers, microsites
- Photography/Editing Support: Retouching, compositing, visual mockups, 3D mockups (if skilled)
- Conceptualization: Translate briefs into creative concepts aligned with brand strategy
- Consistency & Innovation: Ensure all design output is on-brand, high-quality, and creatively sharp
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (agency background preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Figma / Canva / CorelDraw (as added advantage)
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, and animation basics
- Good sense of typography, color theory, layouts, and attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Self-driven, independent, and accountable — since this is a solo role for now
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with strategy, content, and leadership teams
- 2–4 years of professional design experience (open to exceptional freshers with strong portfolios)
- Exposure to luxury, jewelry, or lifestyle branding will be an advantage
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Timely delivery of creative assets across platforms
- Quality, originality, and brand consistency in design output
- Contribution of new ideas for brand growth & campaigns
- Ability to manage end-to-end design independently
- Work on diverse projects spanning luxury, jewelry, lifestyle, and emerging brands
- Creative freedom and ownership as the first core designer in the team
- Exposure to AI-driven design workflows and cutting-edge tools
