Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality construction drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit software.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish project parameters, develop parametric families, and manage the Revit server from a production perspective.
  • Complete attachment and detail markups for company products.
  • Translate design direction into functional documents.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Bluebeam review of drawings.

Education and Work Experience:
  • Relevant degree in Architecture or related field.
  • 1-4 years of work experience.
