Key Responsibilities
1. Business Presentations: Craft high-quality business presentations and pitch decks with compelling storytelling and design. Distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides.
2. Fundraising Support: Assist in preparing materials for fundraising, including financial models, pitch decks, and investor updates. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investor discussions. Manage investor communication and relationship tracking.
3. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate on high-impact projects across different business functions, including growth strategy, partnerships, and operational scaling. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
4. Execution & Organization: Act as a right-hand to the founders, ensuring seamless execution of strategic and operational priorities. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Top-tier educational background (e.g., IITs, DU, or equivalent)
• 1–2 years of experience at leading consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain preferred) or similar roles in startups
• Prior exposure to early-stage startups and fundraising processes is a strong plus
