Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer/ Data Scientist with expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will design and implement AI algorithms, work on machine learning models, and contribute to the core AI technology driving our healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Healthcare Domain Knowledge: A background in healthcare or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: A keen analytical mind with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets and apply AI to solve real-world challenges.
  • Ai/ml Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
  • Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis to ensure data quality and readiness for modeling.
  • Feature Engineering: Identify and create relevant features to improve model accuracy and performance.
  • Model Evaluation and Validation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validate results through rigorous testing.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and explore new techniques and technologies to enhance capabilities.
  • Documentation: Document methodologies, processes, and results to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Technical Skills:

We require a strong proficiency in Python with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face. Additionally, knowledge of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), diffusion models, transformers, segmentation, object detection, classification models, and multimodal AI is essential.

Experience & Qualifications:
