EDI Product Owner

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced EDI professional to enhance our B2B integration capabilities.
This role combines Agile product ownership and EDI subject matter expertise, focusing on delivering scalable, reliable, and value-driven EDI solutions across enterprise systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create Trading Partner setups for our Customer Network.
- Develop and Maintain maps used for data transformation.
- Maintain EDI systems, leveraging technologies like Sterling File Gateway / Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Manage/Review EDI Team remedy tickets with minimal support.
- Collaborate with Internal and External Customers for Production support and Delivery.
- Ensure ongoing service delivery and support meet agreed customer requirements.
- Communicate on major service outages/escalations.
- Work closely with IT technical service providers to ensure outsourced work packages are delivered to specifications.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong technical and business expertise in EDI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
