As a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, your primary responsibility is to guarantee the highest quality of products and services.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop test plans, define test data profiling approaches, and mentor peers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of manual testing processes and industry-wide quality & test processes and practices.

You must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Financial Domain
  • Heavy Front Office Trading (Listed, Derivatives, Fixed Income products)
  • Heavy Desktop (MS Windows) and Web applications
  • Testing in an Agile Delivery Model
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and prepare suitable test data.
  • Mentor peers and ability to resolve issues to best efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality products and services.
