Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, including shipping and operating cloud services in production.
  • Strong backend development skills with a focus on Java, Kafka, and event-driven architecture.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience writing production-ready code for AI applications.
  • Experience integrating with Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompting, evaluation, and observability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
