Acme Services seeks a highly skilled DevOps Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our cloud-based infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, with expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and containerization. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.\
  • Work with OpenShift to manage and orchestrate containerized applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.\
  • Build and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.\
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring.\
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.\
  • Continuously improve DevOps processes, tools, and techniques to increase deployment efficiency and system reliability.\
  • Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.\
  • Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resources.\
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing.\
  • Foster collaboration between teams to promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.\
  • Engage in code reviews, provide feedback, and participate in code optimization efforts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in DevOps, cloud computing, and containerization.\
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.\
  • Strong knowledge of OpenShift platform and Kubernetes.\
  • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker.\
  • Expertise in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, Groovy).\
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.\
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Helm.\
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.\
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.\
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.\
  • Experience with cloud-based project management tools and methodologies.
