We are seeking a skilled Junior Webflow Developer with 1-2 years of experience in building responsive websites and landing pages. You will collaborate closely with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, utilizing CMS, interactions, and animations.
  • Implement basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life.
  • Integrate forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot).
  • Optimize websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts.
  • Implement analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures.
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages.
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4).
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
