About This Role

At the forefront of innovation, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our RUCKUS Networks sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing customer needs and providing solutions that meet those needs with precision.

  • Showcase the features and capabilities of our products to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Respond to technical questions and RFIs/RFPs with confidence
  • Provide pre-sales support and training for the sales team to enhance their skills
  • Collaborate on the development of sales proposals and presentations to drive success

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in networking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work optimally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics is preferred
  • 8 years of experience working with wireless and wired technologies (or equivalent certifications) is required
  • A strong networking background in Wireless RF, Switching Routing, Secure Access protocols, etc. is essential
  • A solid understanding of the sales cycle and configuration of complex wireless and LAN environments is necessary
