Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Content Abuse Engineering charter. As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for leading a team of AI and apps engineers and managers in building cutting-edge solutions for content moderation.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in machine learning, particularly in natural language processing, computer vision, generative AI, large language models, or similar areas. They must also possess strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the world's workforce by transforming lives through innovative products and technology. You will partner with cross-functional leads to define near-term and long-term roadmaps for content moderation, working closely with India leadership to build up our brand in India, with a particular focus on AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related engineering experience
  • 10+ years of experience in people management
  • Strong background in machine learning and data mining techniques
  • Experience in content moderation
