Executive Chef Opportunity in Mumbai
We seek a highly skilled Continental Chef to manage food production, maintain culinary standards, and innovate new recipes in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure conformity to standards and specifications set by the executive chef.
- Minimize food costs through efficient usage and elimination of wastage.
- Develop and implement innovative recipes to enhance culinary excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or equivalent academic qualification.
- Minimum 1-year experience as a Commi 3 or similar role with proven expertise in continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of ingredients, menu planning, and kitchen operations.
- Excellent time management, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
Working Conditions:
- Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of culinary arts, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lead and motivate kitchen teams to achieve exceptional results.
