About the Role

  • The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, manage, and execute detailed E2E test plans, ensuring they are scoped, resourced, and budgeted within time, quality, and cost constraints.
  • This role requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as proficiency in issue and test management tools, such as JIRA.
  • The Test Program Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across internal and external client groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, coordinate, and execute detailed E2E test plans.
  • Manage issue reporting, tracking, and resolution using tools like JIRA.
  • Utilize test tools for capturing, reporting, and repeating test cases.
  • Identify and engage all relevant stakeholders to ensure test planning, execution, and reporting are scoped, resourced, and budgeted within constraints of time, quality, and cost.
  • Ensure high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment.

Skills & Experience

">
  • A minimum of 5 years of investment banking/BFSI experience, including at least 2 years in test management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and structured communication skills.
  • Proficiency in issue and test management tools, such as JIRA.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
