Module Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our module development, production support and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the project manager in ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of a module through monitoring, tracking and analyzing module control metrics
  • Lead module development, production support and maintenance activities
  • E nsure timely completion of timesheets and invoicing processes
  • Proactively address customer interface issues on an everyday basis, anticipating potential problems before they escalate
  • Create functional and technical specification documents
  • Track open tickets/incidents in queue and allocate tickets to resources, ensuring timely closure
  • Ensure analysts adhere to SLA/KPI/OLA standards
  • Drive constant improvement, exploring ways to work faster, better or more economically
  • Lead project compliance with software quality processes and timelines
  • Draft initial charter and module plan, create and review functional and technical specification documents
  • Monitor, track and analyze module control metrics
  • Review and consolidate module status reports, leading all activities related to maintaining successful knowledge management, including reusability, accuracy and efficiency
  • Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders
  • Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor and develop subordinates
  • Provide application production support according to process/RACI Matrix
