Content Creation Role
  • As a creative intern, you will contribute to the development of innovative content strategies that captivate our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creator Collaboration:

Identify and engage with social media influencers for potential partnerships. Craft personalized outreach messages showcasing your ideas and skills. Build a database of creator contacts, pitches, and collaboration progress. Follow up professionally to advance projects forward.

  • Content Production & Execution:

Assist in planning, scripting, and filming Aarjavs YouTube videos. Develop props, locations, equipment, and shot lists. Collaborate on brainstorming angles to create engaging content. Be prepared to film at any time and capture behind-the-scenes moments for social media.

  • Creative Ideation & Research:

Deliver a weekly portfolio of 10-20 fresh content ideas tailored to our niche and style. Research trending formats, hooks, and angles across various platforms. Create visual boards or reference decks to illustrate new concepts. Analyze successful creators' approaches and adapt those strategies creatively.

  • Trend & AI Scouting:

Stay informed about the latest AI tools and marketing trends. Share weekly insights highlighting actionable takeaways. Experiment with AI-powered tools for idea generation, scripting, and production support. Identify ways to enhance content using AI-driven techniques.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:

Monitor the performance of our YouTube videos and Instagram reels. Note effective strategies and share findings to inform future productions. Screenshot, analyze, and report top-performing content from competitors. Plan A/B tests on key elements like hooks, thumbnails, titles, and captions to maximize engagement.

  • Additional Support & Ownership:

Assist with uploading optimized content, including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. Help manage our content calendar to maintain consistency. Be flexible with timing to accommodate shoots at any hour.
