Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with 3-4 years of experience to lead software projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the timely delivery of exceptional solutions. As a Lead Software Project Manager and Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Python Django and Next.js. You will create responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces with modern JavaScript technologies and implement robust backend services and APIs. You will also optimize application performance and ensure scalability, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop new features, write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance to junior developers. You will participate in architectural decisions and system design, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+, React, and Next.js. You will also need to have expertise in back-end services and API design, using Python Django and PostgreSQL. Additionally, you will need to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not required. We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. We welcome individuals who are passionate about technology and committed to delivering high-quality solutions. Experience with GraphQL, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is also a plus. Strong knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and web security best practices is essential. Technical skills include programming languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, frameworks like Django, Next.js, React, databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, tools like Git, Docker, CI/CD tools, front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, back-end technologies like Django REST Framework, GraphQL, cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure. Prior experience with microservices architecture and technical leadership roles is a plus. Having certifications in relevant technologies such as AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Developer is beneficial
