Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Team Leader to oversee our Medical Coding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding the team towards delivering exceptional results. They will ensure that all team members are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the Medical Coding team to achieve business objectives.
  2. Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  5. Develop and maintain high-performing teams through effective talent management strategies.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience in Medical Coding with specialty Home Health.
  2. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  3. Coding certification, such as CPC/CCS/CO/C/AHIMA.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
