IT Field Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Field Engineer to join our team in India.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure hardware and software systems at client locations.
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
  • Maintain and repair IT equipment, including servers, workstations, and networking devices.
  • Conduct regular system checks and performance monitoring to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist in the implementation of IT projects and upgrades as required.
  • Document all service requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
  • Collaborate with the internal IT team to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support or field engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ensure all IT equipment is properly maintained and repaired.
