Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced and creative professional to manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging posts, designing graphics, writing compelling copies, planning content calendars, handling client servicing, preparing performance reports, analyzing engagement metrics, and executing digital marketing strategies.

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging posts across platforms.
  • Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media campaigns.
  • Write compelling copies and captions aligned with brand voice.
  • Plan and manage social media content calendar efficiently.
  • Handle client servicing & act as a primary client-facing point of contact.
  • Prepare performance reports, analyze engagement metrics, and suggest improvements.
  • Execute digital marketing strategies to boost engagement and reach.
Key Skills:
  • Fluency in Kannada (spoken) – Essential for regional campaigns.
  • Strong client servicing and client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and content planning.
  • Expertise in graphic designing (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Good calendar management and project handling abilities.
