Lead Automation Engineer

The company is seeking a skilled Lead Automation Engineer to deliver roadmap features of the Enterprise TruRisk Platform. The successful candidate will help customers measure, communicate, and eliminate cyber risks.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to be part of a team building a next-generation platform using Big Data & Micro-Services technology. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain testing frameworks to achieve maximum automation coverage.
  • Design and implement automation solutions for big data workflows, including ingestion, aggregation, and ETL processing.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues within the big data ecosystem.
  • Set up and configure the Big Data platform and Hadoop ecosystem for testing.
  • Define test strategies and write test plans for data platform enhancements and new features/services.
  • Responsible for system & performance testing of the data platform and applications.
  • Provide technical consultation in the design, development, and test effort of complex engineering projects.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in full-time testing roles and at least 4-6 years in hands-on automation roles as lead.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with building and designing automation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Good debugging skills.
  • Working experience in Linux/Unix environments.
  • Good understanding of testing methodologies.
