Job Responsibilities:

Lead a team of data scientists to deliver complex models and address business problems. Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems. Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Key Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments. Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques, effective communication, and presentation of complex quantitative analyses. Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus.
