Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our branches in Kottayam, Ernakulam, and Alappuzha districts.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, be proficient in office software, and have a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate branch activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects
- Manage office administration, including maintaining records, filing, and data entry
- Develop and implement effective workflows to improve productivity and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives
The successful candidate will have a degree in any field, a minimum of 2 years' experience in office work, and a valid two-wheeler license. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Requirements:- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
