Job Role: Senior Executive

  • The role involves comprehensive business analysis, including analytical planning, range planning, and market research.
  • Developing strong product knowledge, understanding costing, fabric & trim knowledge, and current market trends.
  • Improving buying margins for the brand, introducing new raw materials, and optimizing costs for products.
  • Managing assortment planning, collaborating with the central planning team, and understanding competition brands in Personal care and FMCG.
  • Cultivating collaborative partnerships, liaising with stakeholders, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams for category growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Personal care and FMCG background.
  • Packaging sourcing background, familiarity with category management, and understanding market dynamics.
  • Solid business judgment, negotiation skills, and ability to sustain networking relationships.
  • Comfortable with figures, data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytical planning and range planning.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of costing, fabric & trim knowledge.
