Drive Revenue Growth and Expand Client Relationships

The role of Business Development Senior is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

This involves managing and expanding install base accounts globally, leveraging expertise with ERP platforms such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Sage, Infor, and Microsoft.

  • Driving annual sales and install base growth targets while contributing to account expansion across geographies;
  • Identifying and executing account development opportunities by aligning capabilities with evolving client needs;
  • Collaborating with delivery, consulting, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client engagement and measurable value realization;
  • Maintaining a robust opportunity pipeline, ensuring risk diversification across accounts and geographies;
  • Enhancing global presence through alliances and partner networks.

The Business Development Senior will report directly to the Head of Business Development and work closely with the sales, delivery, and marketing teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication abilities.
