Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources, including OTAs and internal systems.
  • Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to reservations, revenues, and operational metrics.
  • System Monitoring: Maintain and monitor the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analysis & Insights: Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and Google Sheets, knowledge of database management and query languages (SQL preferred), experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data handling and reporting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
