Marketing Strategist

Moodahead is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to drive marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing creative marketing strategies that drive engagement, brand growth, and business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Content Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, ensuring alignment with Moodahead's brand voice and psychological insights.
    • Curate, plan, and manage a content calendar that includes posts, reels, and stories, showcasing Moodahead's expertise in mental health and wellness.
  • Content Creation and Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling, psychology-driven content, including visuals, captions, and interactive stories that resonate with target audiences.
    • Brainstorm and implement content ideas for educational and awareness-building campaigns targeting Moodahead's key audiences (e.g., students, young professionals).
  • Campaign Execution and Management:
    • Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including email, social media, and search engines, to raise awareness and generate leads.
    • Implement campaign tracking systems and tools to measure impact, gather data, and generate actionable insights, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Brand Positioning and Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to understand the mental health landscape and identify potential growth opportunities for Moodahead's services and products.
    • Gather competitive analysis and industry insights to support data-driven decision-making for future campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Data Analysis and Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates, and user growth, using platforms like Google Analytics and social media insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to craft engaging, impactful messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Skilled in analysing data, identifying trends, and applying insights to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Creativity and Innovation: A knack for coming up with unique, effective campaign ideas that drive engagement.
  • Empathy and Sensitivity: Deep understanding of mental health, psychology, and how to handle related topics with respect and care.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
