About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments and ensuring timely debt payments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring accounts to identify outstanding debts and taking actions to encourage timely debt payments
  • Investigating historical data for each debt or bill to resolve billing and customer credit issues
  • Updating account status records and collection efforts to maintain accurate records
  • Reporting on collection activity and accounts receivable status to stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of financial concepts and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with debtors
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution

Benefits
