Child Psychologist Job Role

As a full-time on-site Child Psychologist in Bengaluru, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working closely with parents, schools, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care outcomes for children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting psychological testing and assessment of children's behavioral issues
  • Providing individualized therapy sessions, including family therapy, as necessary
  • Developing and adjusting treatment plans based on child progress
  • Maintaining open communication with parents, schools, and other healthcare professionals to ensure collaborative care
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's or doctoral degree in clinical psychology or a related field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Child Psychologist
  • Strong background in child psychology, including experience in psychological testing and mental health
  • Knowledge of behavioral therapy and proficiency in providing family therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
