Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MicroStrategy developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and analytical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and enhance MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and analytical applications.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize existing reports and dashboards for improved performance, usability, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MicroStrategy applications, data connectivity, and performance.
  • Conduct data analysis and data modeling to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all business intelligence (BI) solutions.
  • Develop schema objects, reports, cubes, and dashboards using MicroStrategy.
  • Work with SQL databases to extract, transform, and load data for reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with ETL and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless data flow for BI applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest MicroStrategy features, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • MicroStrategy development experience (report development, dashboarding, schema objects, performance tuning)
  • Strong expertise in SQL queries, stored procedures, and database design
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience in MicroStrategy development
